To limit users making international calls i use
a route pattern to act as a pin to authorize international calls.
The pin is displayed on the phone when it is dialed.
How can I prevent the display of digits dialed on
an ip phone ?

You can set up a translation pattern that forwards to the route point that then in turn routes the call to the gateway.
i.e. 81234.011!# strip predot and prepend the first digit of the route point say 6011!# Then the a dial rule would have to strip the six from the number.
This original dial string will be in the CDR so you can track the calls, and the number dialed would not display on the phone.
If you want to force account codes, we have an app that will do just that. Sorry had to throw that in.

james, to have a route point registered, u need to have an IVR linking it up, co-residently or in a seperate svr. have u tried it without an IVR ? If so, pls do let u know how you overcame it. Thanks!
