Problem Analog Phone FXS - MGCP

Hi, i need help with an analog phone connected to a gateway 2901 and CUCM version 7.1.

The MGCP gateway is registered, and the ports are registered. And reset the MGCP protocol several times, without success.

The phone has no tone when you pick up. For incoming calls, (both internal and external) the call reaches the gateway and reaches the FXS voice port, and changes to state ringing.

External calls softswith enters, but does not work either internal calls.

Hi,

The "debugs" you attached to the case are not enough to understand what's going on.

Can you try first an internal call, from an IP Phone to the FXS port.

-Please capture detailed CCM traces and following debugs on GW:

deb mgcp pack

deb vpm signal

-While making the test call, capture "show voice port summ | inc [fxs port here]"

-Also, let's keep everything as simple as possible, please remove from voice-port "compand-type a-law"

-Then reset the GW

We tried changing the fxs card, and restarting the MGCP. And with the new card, and now work correctly calls.

and calls are already operating.
