Problem with IP Softphone & Communicator

Hi,

I have a problem with IP SoftPhones & Communicators, we updated our Call Manager to 3.3(4) version, next week we are updating to 4.1, the point is that these software can´t receive calls from other phones, only IP Phones, when i try to call from PBX, etc, it sounds busy.

I did have this problem before update.

do you have an idea ?

This appears to be a tsp load issue. Could you please cross check your tsp version on your client, with the version on your callmanager. If the version on your client is older than the callmanager version, then you will want to copy the newer tsp from your callmanager to your clients and upgrade the clients.
