I have installed the software on a new W2K server in the same NT domain as my Exchange 5.5 server. I have verified that the Exchange Service account is used for the anonymous connection for the PPS website and is the account used for the Meeting Reminder Service. The problem is that when I attempt to use it, the phone "hangs" with a "Requesting..." message and then show HTTP![12] error and then the screen blanks and shows "Make Your Selection..." which you obviously cannot do with a blank screen.
If I look at the event log on the Exchange Server, I get event 1171 indicating an exception e00100006 with parameter 50. According to Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q271200, this means I have an LDAP_INSUFFICIENT_RIGHTS error occuring on a scheduled basis. This does not appear to have occured before PPS was installed.
Does anyone have this installed and working? I've had numerous conversations with TAC, but they simply read the manual back to me and we verify the installation and configuration. I have not spoken with anyone there who has actually installed and built a working environment. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Steve,
You get this HTTP error if the connectivity is poor with Call Manager or if there is heavy load on PPS server. PPS should be installed on a seperate server. Is any other appication installed on the PPS server? You should not install outlook on PPS Server as cdo versions are different. Check the connectivity between CCM and PPS server. Try restarting PPS server and phones. Sometimes restarting of CCM services also helps.
Thanks,
Sachin

Hi,
I m not agree with that because when you install PPS on a server it asks you to install outlook with CDO if it is not done yet !
