PSTN MGCP Gateway channel Block

Hi,

1. i have CCM Ver 3.3(3) with latest Sr installed. My PSTN Gateway is a 2650XM with NM-HDV-2E1-60. I have config it as a ISDN PRI and is working fine.

2. After working for some time suddnly I get a line busy condition when try to connect out side. But incomming calls are working fine through the same channel. Find below debug out for this perticular disconnect incident, ext-298 calling a 033333333

Transer Capability = Speech

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Calling Party Number i = 0x0081, '298'

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '033333333'

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Mar 1 01:00:36.213: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: RX <- STATUS pd = 8 callref = 0x8004

Cause i = 0x82E328 - Information element not implemented

Call State i = 0x01

*Mar 1 01:00:36.361: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x8004

Cause i = 0x82AC - Requested circuit/channel not available

Display i = 'REQUESTED CHANNEL NOT AVAILABLE'

3. 2600Xm is with the latest IOS , "flash:c2600-ipvoice-mz.123-11.T.bin"

4. When we connect the same E1 to a PABX, it works fine with no issue.

Disconnect cause code 0x82AC means

82 -- From the public network near the local user (local telco switch).

AC -- The remote equipment cannot provide the requested channel for an unknown reason. This can be a temporary problem.

You may need to talk to Telco guys if the problem persists. Its not issue with Cisco 2650XM device.
