push-based information distribution to client IP phone

Hi,

I was wondering of anyone could help me about the following issue.I want to use the IP phone 7960 as a medium for information distribution (not connecting with internet). This information must be continues streaming to the IP phones and an extra service besides the other services which are connecting with internet. The information (only text) must be transported from the computer to the mainserver to CCM. And by the end to all IP phones.The text is some short information.

Any suggestions to help me.

In phone firmware comming with CCM 3.1 are 2 elements in XML and for that.

or may be in IP Phone Services SDK.
