1.ibm xseries 330 has been out of date,can i install callamager on 335 ?
2. can SW-CCM-3.3-DL380= be used on ibm x 330?
can SW-CCM-3.2-X345= be used on dl servers?

The IBM xseries 330 is still available I guess. It can be used to install callmanager. THe latest one from IBM is xseries 345. You can have more details on this from the following document:
