Verifica que el problema no sea falla de conexión entre el servidor y tu NTP, o que el NTP sea quien introduzca el problema.
Es recomendable usar 3 o más NTPs para tener fuentes de referencia y redundancia.

Hello there
I had a similar problem too.
One of my servers could not be synchronized on my system that synchronized time with ntp.
When I entered from the web interface, it appeared blank.
When I connected with putty, no ntp server was visible.
however, when I looked from the publisher, ntp was registered.
Let me describe my solution:
*connect to the cisco unified OS administration web interface
*Enter setting/IP/Publisher
*Make sure the ntp server is visible there and click the save button
After this process, when you enter the settings/NTP servers section, the server will be visible.
Then, the time of the devices connected to that server will be updated.
simple but it worked.
I hope it will help you too
