Get the newer models (8900 and/or 6900). What kind of CUE/CUCM are you planning to get?

2801 would work with CUE. You need the DSP module. You need to check the Release Notes of CUE to determine if you can support the phones.
Do not load 2801 IOS version 15.X if you do not have a valid llicense for CUE.
