Hello,
I would like to connect a remote IP phone (SEP001EF7C366EE) through the WAN on a CallManager Express 4.2 but I experience registration issues.
When I connect the IP phone in the remote location, it's always "registering" and, in the CLI of the CME, I always receive "registered/unregistered" messages (see here below).
Following the customer, there is no bandwith problem between the 2 sites, there are no blocked ports and the TFTP server is correctly configured in the DHCP scope.
Does someone know something else that I would need to configure/check?
Thanks in advance,
François

This issue normally occurs if there is too much of broadcast traffic reaching the Ip phone. Try to reduce the broadcasr traffic to resolve the issue.
