On the publisher do the following;
1.delete software Conference Bridge associated with the server.
2.delete software MTP associated with the server.
3.delete MOH server associated with the server.
4.goto service parameters, select the server to delete, and
5.delete the CTI Manager service.
6.delete the TCD service.
7.delete the extension mobility service.
8.delete the TFTP service.
9.delete the IP Voice Media Streaming App.
10.delete the MOH Translation Service.
11.delete the RISC data collector.
12.go to the System>>Callmanager group, remove the server from group
13.go to the System>>Callmanager, delete the server
14.go to the System>>Server, delete the server!

If you are going to use the same server name then why go to all of the trouble of removing it from the DB? Just power down the 7830 & build the 7825 with the same server name & IP. WHen this is complete run a "reconfig_cluster" on the Pub to remove old DCD replication agreements and rebuild SQL replication if required.
If you really want to remove this server from the BD & rebuild & your server is 4.0 or 4.1 then you can use the scripts:

Hello,
I'm having the same problem removing a subscriber completely from the cluster.
The scripts seems to have a problem when I ran them, it reports file not found near the end.
Anybody here have the proper script that will work with version 4.0(2)sr2?
Thanks
