Restarting of an ip phone when displaying Url

Hi,

we need to display information about people who are calling to our phones, so when phone starts ringing, phone is requested to display some url with information about caller. Problem is that sometimes phone restarts. Do you know what can be the reason? It happened on phone 7912.

it might help if you go into detail a bit more. Does the phone reboot when the call comes, regardless of any applications you have running ? If so this is the wrong forum. If you have a (J)TAPI app that displays info about the caller, it might help if you describe how it worked and what kind of messages it's sending to the phone. If you can reproduce the problem (I suppose you'r doing HTTP push to the phone) by taking the same message and pushing it to the phone and it reboots, I suppose it would be time to open a TAC case.
