I have one 7912 phone coming over a GRE tunnel and is outside of the Checkpoint NG firewall. It connects fine and registers, but the user cannot hear anything or is able to speak. Any suggestions? The phone has worked just fine will residing locally.

If you don't have voice on both direction this mean that something between the two phones is blocking the RTP packet, maybe a good idea to look at the firewall config.

Actually, I fugured it out. The issue was NAT. Once I stopped NATing the Phones and Callmanager the remote phone worked fine. Is there some limitation with NAT?

Looking at this doc I don't think that there are limitation with Callmanager and NAT.

Yeah, it supposedly works with NAT through an IOS device, but I am doing NAT on Checkpoint, and evidently it does not handle Skinny traffic properly.
