we are running CM 6.0.1.1000-37.Recently I am seeing an issue in adding the second line to the users.when I do so it doesnt appear on their phones, when I create a new profile with the same parameters then the second line appears, if I add a second line to the exsisiting user profiles I cant see them on their phones

There is a field notice on cisco.com on the second line appearance. Check if it matches the symptoms in your case:

I think line will appear after next logout and login.
