Send only Outside Calls to phone operator when no answer

Hi, everybody

How can us send only outside calls to phone operator when no answer.

I can put all calls be sent to phone operator when no answer, in the phone page:

Foward no Answer - Destination - Dn of phone operator.

I want only the outside calls, is it possible? Where?How?

CallManager currently cannot distinguish between internal and external calls for forwarding purposes.

To achieve this you will need to use an external application to intercept the calls and route them based on certain rules.

This could be done with Personal Assistant or possibly through Unity with the appropriate routing rules and call handlers.
