signalling on T1 controllers

I have a scenario where my phone system connects to a channel bank and then to a T1 (our service provider). The problem occurs when I try to run the T1 (service provider) into the AS5350 T1 controller 3/1 and connect 3/0 to the channel bank. This forces every phone in my office to go bonkers. I'm not sure why this occurs, but assume it has to do with a signaling mismatch. But I've not been able to prove or disprove that. The Channel bank configuration shows Inbounf and out bound signaling as: Loop-ground Wink start. How can I set this on the cisco? Or should the cisco be passive for signaling as the network is fine when the cisco is removed. Thanks.
