I have a CUCM Version 8.6 and I want to communicate with the other end PBX (shoretel) but I dont have idea how to do this.

First of all, confirm the other PBX does support SIP, if it does, then simply configure the SIP trunk and related call routing (RL/RG/RP). You can try the Cisco interoperability portal for information.
