Software Serial Numbers

I am looking for the serail numbers for the SW/Application requirements for the IPT Specialization. The only serial number I've found is for Unity, which is clearly displayed on the box it came in. Can anyone tell me where I can find the serial numbers for the following:

1. Cisco CallManager 3.1 software (for Compaq Server)

2. IP Telephony Applications NFR Kit

3. Cisco Softphone

4. Personal Assistant

5. Unity Unified Messaging
