Spark connection with Asterisk

Hello All,

We are new in Spark and we are trying to connect Spark and an Asterisk on our premises (create a trunk between them). Is there any API available to proceed with this implementation.

Can you suggest any other solution for successfully connecting Spark with Asterisk.

Hi Konstantinos,

I don't think this is possible or at least it will be resource heavy if you just want a SIP trunk between Spark and Asterisk and don't use Cisco Unified CM for other purposes.  You could set up Cisco Spark Hybrid Services with Cisco Expressways and Cisco Unified CM and make a SIP trunk between CUCM - Asterisk.

Here you can find the design for Spark hybrid services and find some additional information. But I don't know if that will solve your use case.
