Can anyone provide a little more insight into the EOL acceleration date for Spark Call and how that will affect customer that are not migrated yet but still have compatible phones that work on Spark Call and Webex Calling.
1. I have customers that still have subscriptions going until the middle of this year, will they still continue to operate after January 31, 2022 and be able to make and receive calls on the platform
2. Will 8851 phones that have the hardware V11 and V12 still operate after January 31, 2022 as they are being migrated over to webex calling?
I've gone over the documentation and EOL but it's not very clear what will happen to the services to those that haven't completely migrated over but still have subscription expiration dates past the January 31, 2022 deadline.
