SQL Exception Error when installing EaServer

Hello,

we're upgrading ICM from 4.6 release to 5.

When we try to install ENTERPRISE AGENT SERVER on AW (Administrative Workstation) from the Third Party CD, AW notify me with the error below:

"java.sql.SQLException: JZ006: Caught IOException "

Could anyone give me any suggestion?
