I have one phone at remote site that will not come out of fallback mode. I have checked bug CSCdy48997 and I dont think that is my issue. Resetting the phone does not clear the issue. It is not the same phone everytime and it does not happen everytime my circuit goes down CCM3.2(2) Phone load P00303020204
