That's unified messaging... we don't have a proprietary private mail store we synch with the user's inboxes. We actually use the inbox of the subscriber to store/retrieve voice mail and other messages from. If you want voice mail only boxes you can create seperate mailboxes hidden from the address book and use those for your Unity subscribers for folks that don't want to see voice mail in their inbox for whatever reason.
