Supported Software on a CM 3.2(c) SP F

Can anybody tell me if the following software is supported/compatible with Cisco Callmanager?

NetIQ AppAnalyzer

Veritas Backup Remote Agent

Norton Antivirus

I don't know about the NetIQ application, but Backup Exec and NAV are NOT supported on the call managers..

You must backup the call managers using the MCS backup utility included with call manager, and only McAfee Netshield NT is supported for Virus Detection.

Yes but only the NetIQ VoIP Manager Software not NetIQ AppAnalyzer why do you need NetIQ AppAnalyzer on the CM ?
