Syslog based CDR accounting missing fields

I setup syslog CDR accounting on a CME:

router(config)#service timestamps log datetime msec localtime

router(config)#gw-accounting syslog

router(config)#logging 192.168.1.1

In the Cisco "CDR Accounting for Cisco IOS Voice Gateways" guide it is specified, that Fields 0 to 22 are included in the compact version of the CDR.

This includes for example the h323-conf-id, username, clid, dnis

The router send not all fields. I receive on the syslog server and in the console only the following fields:

Nov 6 18:15:30 AST: %VOIPAAA-5-VOIP_CALL_HISTORY: CallLegType 1, ConnectionId 3597CCC1AB8711DD8919001C58DF35A0, SetupTime 18:15:25.320 AST Thu Nov 6 2008, PeerAddress 410, PeerSubAddress , DisconnectCause 10 , DisconnectText normal call clearing (16), ConnectTime 18:15:30.910 AST Thu Nov 6 2008, DisconnectTime 18:15:30.910 AST Thu Nov 6 2008, CallOrigin 1, ChargedUnits 0, InfoType 2, TransmitPackets 0, TransmitBytes 0, ReceivePackets 0, ReceiveBytes 0

I miss h323-conf-id, username, clid, dnis for a better call leg correlation and analysis of the calls.

Can you send the show run and show version from your gateway? Which kind of Syslog server are you running? Do you have the file that is generated and has the information of the call?
