In opening greeting, if I setup a caller input for take message, I find the system actually go straightly to the mailbox without hearing any greeting from the mailbox.Since this a general mailbox, customer wants caller hear general mailbox greeting before they leave the message. Is the design limitation? any work around?

You need to do a send to greeting for, and then select a Call Handler or a subscriber. Then they will hear the greeting and (by default) be able to leave a message after the greeting.
