We have a wide VoIP network with QSIG protocol between the Definty PBX , gateways and the distant QSIG PBX's. A Cisco call manager which is non QSIG compliant needs to be added to this network.
Can the call manager be configured for connecting to the different PBX's through the gateways working on QSIG ?

Nope, as you've stated CM doesn't support QSIG yet, it is expected to in the next release.

CallManager doesn't natively support Q.Sig via MGCP gateways. If you use a Cisco router/VG200 with H.323 - these support a switch type of Primary Q-Sig for integration to Q.Sig PBXs today. We have this operating succesfully at a number of customer sites.
Hope this helps,
Justin

Will the Call manager be able to communicate with the gateways already configured for the QSIG PABX's.
Can I discuss this with you directly ?
