When we try to made external call the IP Phone provide the tone and we dial the external phone number, ex.:9015591505050, and after is requered a Authorization PassCode, After of dial the APC, we received the message "Hight Traffic", and the call is not completed. I checked the VGs that have the E1s channels from Telco, and the E1s with Telco and both are Ok, without problems.
