The specified Phone Number does not answer

I get "The specified Phone Number Does Not Answer" now regarding my previous post about an unknown error after stopping and starting Call Manager. It still shows the phone as busy.

Network Engineering Associates

So you're trying to do a TRAP connection from SA/AA or VMO to a client and that's the message you're getting?

That means we were able to contact the Unity server, get a free port and dial the specified extension but we're getting a failure (it could be any kind of failure, it doesn't get propogated through).

Any reason you can think of why Unity wouldn't be able to dial that extension? You can do a test by setting up a notification device to dial that extension directly, have it trigger on any message type (make sure you have at least one unread message in your inbox) and then enable the delivery device... if it can dial the extension then we should be cool. If it fails as well, it likely has something to do with your CM configuration.
