Tomcat service is not running in the Control panel Services, so if the service is not there then please goto run and type

in the following command:

"C:\Program Files\Cisco\Tomcat\bin\tomcat.exe" -service

Then you will see the service and please start it and give startup type as Automatic.

You can check the following link for configuring Extension Mobility, IPMA and wedialer services:

Upgraded from 3.3(3)sr4a to 3.3(5)sr1a and have the same problem on my Publisher server. I tried running the command but I still don't see the Tomcat service in my services list to be able to start it.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

The command is:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Tomcat\bin\tomcat.exe -service service_name

Essentially, I needed to define the service name parameter. It then showed up on the Services list and I simply had to start it.

Thanks!
