Transfer Issue on the Attendant Phone

Hi all,

CallManager 3.2.(1) Attendant Console 1.2(1).

some calls (5%) will dropped if the Attendant

transfers (blind transfer) the call to IP-Phone Users.

The PSTN Caller hears no alert ton and the transferred users hear no ring.

any suggestions ?

Try changing the call manager service parameters and increase the media exchange timeout paramter = 20

else

Try upgarding the Attendant console, it is related to attendant console software
