transmit errors

somebody knows why in an intermittent form appear errors and exist failures in the communication? (transmit errors).

Some days is perfect but another days there are a lot of transmit errors.

I have proven to change the telephone, catalyst , and I have verified the wiring with an analyzer and all ok. I have changed the vlan too and allways the same result. Any idea?
