Does the Cisco TSP included with CM 3.1(3c) support sending caller ID info from the ringing line to your computer?
I was just experimenting with some tapi-compliant caller id apps (for instance http://www.ascendis.com/callerid/callerid.php) and a few others - all detect the incoming rings correctly when the phone rings - but none will display the calling party number..
Not a huge deal - just curious if I'm wasting my time :-)

Definitely does!
Arc Solutions Screen Pop uses it (as do their other applications) and it works fine.
Not sure why these other apps aren't seeing it.

OK - you're right - guess it's the app. The reason I was looking is that the missed calls feature on the 7960 phones includes calls from all shared lines - the apps above allow you to ignore some of the tapi shared lines and/or record on which line the call came in on - does the arc product do this? Is there a URL I can have? :-)
