When I click the Account link on the Admin web in Unity then I get "The Page Cannot be displayed" with error :

Error Type:

Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A000D)

Type mismatch: 'CDate'

/SAWeb/BodyASP/SubsActBody.asp, line 91

It seems I only get this error on Account pages where the Account is locked.

And because of this error I am unable to unlock accounts that have become locked.

Which version of Unity is this you're working with? This looks like an issue found in a much later version of Unity than 2.x...

I am running Unity 2.4.6 161 on Windows 2000 and Microsoft Exchange 5.5

OK, I passed this onto the admin team to see what they have to say.

In the meantime you should be able to clear the accounts that are locked out using the BulkEdit utility... you can get the latest version here:

Great thanks. The Bulk Edit was very useful to unlock the accounts. Hope the Admin team will come up with some solution to the problem.
