Hi,
We have a Video network with a number of endpoints. We are using VCS X4.3 and Egde 95 Endpoints. We can see presentations when doing a video call from one endpoint within the network to another one. We are unable to see presentations on the screen when doing a video call with someone outside our network. This problem is on presentations only, we can see video from the remote camera. However the presentation can be seen on the browser but not on the screen.
Please assist.
