Hi Everyone,
We just upgraded from 2.4.6 with Exchange 5.5 to 3.1.5 with Exchange 2000.
Import and Export went ok, auto attendant works great, recordings were imported, callers can leave messages, but two problems.
1) Users cannot check there messages from the phone, they receive a "System Temp. unable to ...."
2) From saweb all the pages come up except Subscribers page. When I click on Subscriber I get Page cannot be displayed and This...
Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0115 (0x80004005)
A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.
/Web/SA/BodyAsp/SubsPrfBody.asp
Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705)
Page:
GET /Web/SA/BodyAsp/SubsPrfBody.asp
Any Ideas.... Any help is welcomed... Thanks Again.

Hi Dan,
This can be due to DNS name resolution issues, workaround is to use IP address in the
URL path, but check out your DNS settings. Also check that you have the correct GC and DC servers defined for Unity, also I would recommend using the DAD tool (Directory Access Diagnostic tool), this can be downloaded from here http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_DAD.htm this will help determine if this is a permissions issue or if something else is going on.

First, check the app logs to see if there are any errors.
Secondly, open drwtsn32.log file and see that is crashing - C0000005 error.
