Unity 3.16 fully patched with Sql 2000 and exchange 2000 sp3 on each
The unity will not record any voice when trying to set up a subscriber mailbox. DTMF signalling is accepted ( we can press * to get to the sign in ) but when you speak your name or any other message, no audio is recorded.
Help!

The place to start is by going through the tech tips on one way audio problems with Unity and Call Manager - you'll find a section in the tech tips page here:
look for the "Troubleshooting one way audio and audio quality" section - there's several docs in there that may be of use.

It sound like the exact same problem I'm experiencing.... have you found a resolution to this problem yet?
