Hello:
Just wondering if anyone has done an integration of Unity with PIMGs with an InterTel phone system. We are having some issues that I have questions about but will save details unless someone thinks they can help (DTMF, MWI and Caller ID are the biggest issues). Thanks!

Sounds like its not working at all.
You can log into the PIMG and check the log files and see what is being sent to/from Intertel. You can also setup the call viewer in Unity and check to see what is being sent. if no digits are coming through, something on the intertel is not sending the digits. You will basically just get the default call handler greeting everytime.

I also do not see Intertel as supported by PIMG.

You may have to fiddle with it to possibly get it to work. (compare notes from other approved PBX switches.)

Thanks for the reply. The DTMF to get into the VM box works most of the time, with some sporadic issues I can't nail down.
TAC will not support the PIMG in this setting at all, even when I have called to find out what some of the settings mean (as soon as they hear Intertel, they won't help).
I will look into setting up the Call Viewer in Unity. Thanks for the tip!
