Unity auto attendant with FXO

I have an 1760V with two fxo ports as my gateway. I am running callmanager 3.1 and unity 4.02 (demo).

Outbound calls are working fine.

I would like to have unity answer the incoming calls on the fxo line from the pstn.

I used PLAR to send the call the unity pilot number but when unity picks up it does not respond to any dtmf tones. For example any key I press unity does not respond.

Does any have any suggestions?

A ways down there are several articles on troubleshooting one way audio problems (which includes not picking up tones).

Make sure you have dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric configured under your voip dial peer for out of band dtmf
