<p>Can some one show me the step to configure unity connection AA step by step.
I try to create call handler but I dont find how to redirect from CUCM or extern call to unity connection

Configure a CTI RP with CFA to VM, that's all you need to do to reach VM, then you handle the call with the CH

I create the cti rp with extention 4500 and I froward all to VM, I create call CH with 4500 but when I try, I have nothing.
Please help

after I set the cti and CH I hear the same message that say me to let a message, and i want to dial extension to get another service or dial by extention and i dont want to let a message.

I assume you already recorded your own greeting explaining the options?
Caller input configures 1 digit routing, under greeting if caller input is enabled you can dial DNs of elements already configured in CUC.
You can also configure the after greeting behavior to not take a message.
Refer to the CUC System Call Handler configuration help if you need to understand the usage of the fields.
