Unity Message Notification

I have message notification set for a user. He gets the notification on his cell phone, with Unity prompting for his ID.

When the user enters his ID, Unity continue with the prompts, not recongnising the user key strokes from his cell.

Is there a configuration I have to do in unity to fix this. Thanks

make sure you are using DTMF relay on the voice gateway that Unity uses for the outgoing notification call.

Also, in order to have the DTMF relay apply on outbound calls you'll want to add the "incoming called-number" command to the voip dial peer. See this link for more info,
