We have a particular voicemail box that multiple users log into for checking messages periodically throughout the day. I know that when one person logs in and starts taking messages, another person is also able to log in and retrieve the same messages, thus resulting in both people doing double work. Is there a setting to prevent this that will allow only one person to access the VM at a time?
