Hi

I want to do upgrade to a Cisco 3810 to the version 12.1(1)T But not as it is the amount of DRAM? FLASH?

For the MC3810, if you need to upgrade the Cisco IOS to version 12.1(1)T, enterprise edition then you should have the following:

Min. Memory - 64 MB

Min. Flash - 16 MB
