i tried to upgrade DMP 4400 version 5.0.2 to 5.2.1. but the firmware image is burning, verifying and installation completes.
but when i check again the hrdware version in the DMP GUI i am able to see only the same version itself. it doesnt seems to be upgraded.
is there something else like some kernel upgrade from 5.0.2 kernel required for this 5.2.1 upgrade.
kindly advice.

I don't know if I have tried to upgrade a 4400g directly from 5.0.2 directly to 5.2.1. I believe that you may require the 5.1 version as an intermediary step, but if I recall correctly that this is a paid upgrade that you need to have a valid service contract for. If you have a valid service contract, you should be able to download the 5.1 firmware and install using your Cisco ID.
I could be mistaken, but I believe this is the case.
