Upgrading License on CUE

I am attempting to upgrade the license on a CUE AIM card using the sofware install clean url command. When I attempt to do this I get the following error message:

Online install/download is not allowed due to insufficient FLASH capacity

I have a 512M Compact Flash in the AIM module. What do I need to do to upgrade?

Is it CUE 2.0 ? You shouldnt be installing CUE 2.0 on a AIM with 512 M flash. Starting early 2005, Cisco started using 1 gig flash cards, so what you should first do is RMA the module to get the module with 1 gig card and then install 2.0 and the license.
