URGENT: BBSM 5.3

Hello there,

i have a BBSM 5.3 with Service Pack2 installed.

The problem that i'm having is when the user are conencting through UTP they are able to access the BBSM but when they access throuhg 1100 Access Point, they are not able o contact the server.

This is not the sitution if the AP is connected to 3COM switch, but when i replace it with Cisco 500 switch i face this probem.

Is the Catalyst 500 switch supported in the BBSM 5.3 ????

Please advice, it's urgent.

Sorry, i didn't explain the situation good.

The existing situation is that i'm having a 3COM switch sitting between the BBSM 5.3 and 1100AP and all users (wireless and Wired) are able to browse.

When i replace this switch with Catalyst 500 Express , Wired and Wireless browsing stops.

And even i can't see the Catalyst500 active in the BBSM, which i see it's a big problem.

The BBSM that i have is 5.3 with SP2 installed. is the Catalyst 500 supported on BBSM 5.3 or no??

Please advice.
