username fullname command no available in CUE CLI

I am trying to configure users on a CUE version 2.1.2 via the command line. I do not have access to all of the username commands. I only have username create username phonenumber and username phonenumberE164. I do not have username fullname or username pin or username password. Is there anyway to get access to these commands in the CLI?

The fullname PIN, etc commands are part of the EXEC mode. The Config mode only allows for phone number and E164 settings. Check to ensure you are at the proper command prompt. Also, see the following link for more information on these commands.

That did it. I must have ready through the admin guide 100 times and missed the differences in mode. They really should be consistent with where you configure the module.
