Has anyone ever used something other than a PC on the uplink port of an IP phone? I plugged in a Jet Direct and tried to print though one and the phone went haywire. Now the phone won't even come on. Is this normal or is it maybe just coincidence?
You can indeed connect any other device to the uplinkport of an IP Phone. You issue might be due to some other reason. Its not due to the fact that you plugged in the jet Direct to it.
