Voice Mail Only COS On UM

Is it possible to set up users for Voice Mail only in a Unified Messaging environment? These users have email accounts but we would like to roll out voice mail only untill training takes place. We have tried creating a COS with VMO unchecked in the licensing section. Voice Mail still drops into their email boxes.<br><br>Thanks in Advance,<br><br><br><br>Steve Radogna

You would have to create the subscribers as Hidden Users and home them on the Unity server. It might be a little bit of unwanted maintenance if you have a lot of subscribers and plan on moving them to UM eventually.
