[voip] ip2ip gw maximum call number

hi,

i read somewhere that the maximum call number an ip2ip gw can handle (a 3745 with g711 and no vad) is 500 calls.

what happend if you use g729? would it be safe to assume that this number can go up and more calls can be handled?

I guess, changing codec will not make much of difference. In fact, changing to g729 should decrease this limit (if at all) as this is high complexity codec compared to G711. I may be wrong here though.
